Multi Fruit Pear Smoothie

What happens when you are craving a smoothie, but don’t know what you want in it and you have lots of random fruits in the freezer? A multi fruit pear smoothie, that’s what. After assembling all the frozen fruits to put in like a granny smith apple, a D’Anjou pear and frozen red grapes, I picked out a varied yet complimentary set of juices and flavorings (flax meal added to healthy it up). All said and done, this drink turned out very tasty and served its purpose perfectly as an end of the day drink to satisfy the cravings. So give this recipe a try and don’t be afraid to add a little extra cinnamon or cranberry juice to flavor it to your particular tastes.

Directions – Put all ingredients in blender until smooth consistency is acheived.

Ingredients

– 1/2 can coconut milk
– 1 cup water
– 1/8 cup cranberry juice
– 1/8 cup lemon juice
– 1 granny smith apple
– 1 D’Anjou pear
– 2 handfuls frozen red grapes
– 1 tbsp flax meal
– 2 tsp cinnamon
