Homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette

This is from “The Real Food Diet Cookbook” by Dr. Josh Axe.  It is a great cookbook that I would highly recommend. (click here to watch video of this recipe)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.  Puree to desired consistency.
  2. Store in refrigerator for up two weeks and shake well before using.
