Everyday Smoothie

Even though I like finding and trying new recipes for my morning smoothie, I still find myself doing pretty much the same thing everyday. I came about my recipe by trial and error over time, and I would recommend the same process. I’ve found a mix and flavor that I like and know will taste pretty good every time I make it. It gives me freedom to try new things but always fall back on something that’s been proven.


  • 1/2 quart, Homemade Yogurt
  • 3/4-1 cup, frozen Raspberries
  • 3/4 to 1 cup, frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Raw Local Honey
  • 1-2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice.
  • 1 Handful fresh Spinach
  • Water if necessary to thin it down a little

  1. Put everything in blender except Spinach and blend.
  2. Add spinach a few leaves at a time after everything is blended so it won’t get stopped up.
