Ingredients

  • 4-5 Jalapeños, destemmed and chopped into 1/8″ to 1/4″ rings
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp. Peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

  1. In a pint sized or smaller mason jar add all ingredients, making sure liquid covers jalapenos.
  2. Allow to marinate in the fridge for a couple of days.
  3. Eat
